When not otherwise constructively engaged, or looking up old classmates, Tom plays bass. Bass players get a lot of simple repititious parts. They react to it two ways. The mindless ones are happy to have something they can handle. The other ones spend a lot of time in their secret world trying to find a way to keep it interesting. The look of concentration on Tom's face in this photo leads me to think that he's in the second group. | |

Tom's band is named BIONIC APPENDAGE, and as you can see from the sign, they have a website at www.bionicappendage.com. Bass players are like offensive linemen - you can't do a damned thing without them but they never get much attention. Only the drummer is harder to find in this picture than Tom is. Go Tom. Go Tom. |
