PAUL SCOTT, DIANE DRESING NAMED FINALISTS

Paul Scott and Diane Dresing were recently named finalists in the Elks National Foundation "most valuable student" Scholarship competition at Alief Senior High, According to Mrs Winneben, Counselor. Both Students were chosen on the basis of class rank, leadership qualities, and extracurricular activity participation during their four years of high school. These two students must now compete against finalists from other schools in Texas.

Paul is the son of Mr and Mrs William H Scott, 8108 Riptide. Dianne is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Dresing, 10802 Triola.
